Partner Fleet, the Ecosystem OS for B2B SaaS companies, today announced the launch of In-App Marketplace. This new module enables SaaS companies to embed a white-label integration marketplace inside their product, where their customers can discover, evaluate, and activate integrations without ever leaving it. The module is available now for product, platform, and partnerships teams looking to turn integration adoption into measurable retention.

Most SaaS companies have integrations. Very few have an experience that moves customers to install them. The typical integrations page inside a product is a logo, a single sentence, and a toggle. It gives users none of the context they need to install with confidence: what an integration actually does, how the two systems connect, or why it's worth turning on. And there's no data showing which integrations drive retention, or what integrations are actually worth to the business.

In-App Marketplace was built to close that gap.

"Your customers only visit the integrations page inside your product because they have to turn something on. It's a necessary evil, and they're not getting what they need out of it. In-App Marketplace turns that page into a place they actually want to browse," said Cody Sunkel, co-founder and CRO of Partner Fleet. "Our thesis is simple: integrations prevent churn. When customers can find and activate the right integrations right where they already work, they stay longer and grow with you. That's revenue protection, built directly into your product."

What the In-App Marketplace does

  • Integration access control and personalized discovery. Set the rules once on the back end: which tiers, roles, regions, or segments get access to which integrations. From there, the marketplace reads each user's context every time they visit and surfaces the integrations and CTAs that match. Customers only see what's relevant to them, and the company keeps control over which users get access to which integrations.
  • Promotion built into browsing. Decide which integrations get prominent placement in the marketplace, giving strategic and top-tier partners the most valuable real estate.
  • Listings built to convert. Instead of a name and a logo, every listing carries the context a customer needs to evaluate an integration, decide, and install it on the spot.
  • Built-in upgrade moments. When a customer on a lower plan clicks into a gated integration, they see an upgrade prompt tied to the exact solution they need. It's a product-led growth motion that comes standard, not something engineering has to build.
  • No engineering bottleneck. Engineering sets up the embed once and hands it off. From there, the partnerships or product team manages listings, visibility rules, and CTAs. Changes that used to sit in a backlog get done the same day.
  • Analytics that connect integrations to revenue. Track installs, discovery rates, and ignored integrations at the account level. Connect that data to your CRM to see which integrations correlate with retention and expansion, and which partnerships deserve more investment.
  • A new revenue line from partners. Charge technology partners for featured placement, with visibility into listing views and installs so they can see what their investment produces.

The newest piece of something bigger

In-App Marketplace is part of the Partner Fleet Ecosystem OS, and it works hand in hand with the Public Marketplace, where prospects and customers discover your integrations before they ever log in. It's also just the beginning. Partner Fleet will have more to announce in the coming months.

In the meantime, In-App Marketplace is available today. See how it works on the In-App Marketplace page, or book a demo to see it live in your product's context.
