If you blinked this year, you probably missed a couple of big things at Partner Fleet.
The integrations landscape changed fast. AI moved from novelty to necessity. Developer expectations skyrocketed. Partner teams needed better infrastructure yesterday. And marketplaces have proven to be even more important as the front door to your product’s ecosystem.
So at Partner Fleet, we made one decision that guided the entire year: ship the infrastructure that helps every customer build a more powerful, more automated, more AI-ready partner ecosystem.
Here are the six biggest releases that moved the needle this year — plus a bunch of other improvements you’ll want to take advantage of.
1. AI listing builder & AI translations: your marketplace got 10x easier to maintain

Creating and managing partner listings used to be work. Lots of it. Writing copy, formatting content, keeping everything consistent, and localizing across markets.
Not anymore.
This year we launched:
AI listing builder
Generate polished, SEO-friendly, partner-approved listings in minutes with the AI listing builder. No blank pages, no rewrites, no chasing partners for content.
AI translations
With AI translations, you can automatically turn your marketplace into a multi-language asset. This is huge for any global partner or customer base.
Together, they represent the start of our AI-first product promise — with a focus to make Partner Fleet workflows faster, smarter, and significantly more automated.
2. The Developer Portal: Apps, Pipelines, and more automations

This is one of the biggest upgrades of the year, period.
Late last year we released the Developer Portal, which allowed SaaS platforms to give third-party developers everything they need to build on your APIs. But this year we've made a multitude of improvements based on customer feedback — including design, automations, and integration-specific features.
This includes:
Apps
Apps within the developer portal give you a cleaner, unified way to manage external integration submissions.
New Pipelines
Your workflow engine to onboard, manage, and move partners & developers through the stages of your program.
Use it for partner onboarding, approval flows, integration submission, internal tracking, marketplace listings, and more.
A better, more automated partner experience
A cleaner experience to set up a partially or fully automated process for your partners. The partner experience got a facelift, too, allowing you to add images & videos, multiple journeys, and more.
Your developers and partners can now ship integrations faster, more consistently, and with far less manual coordination.
3. In-app marketplace powered up with advanced personalization

Partner marketplaces aren’t just a marketing & partnerships asset anymore. They’re a product feature — and increasingly one of the most important ones. That's why we spent a ton of time on making the in-app marketplace easier to use, more powerful, and more personalized than ever. Internally, we're even calling it In-App 2.0.
It's the most flexible, powerful in-app marketplace platform yet, including:
- Tons of new out-of-the-box options (you don't need us to make changes)
- More personalization to drive PLG upgrades and customized experience
- Analytics that show integration installs and much more
- Better turnkey design + custom branding
- Faster load times
It’s clean, modern, and designed to help customers discover, install, and activate integrations directly inside your product.
If you haven’t refreshed your in-app marketplace recently, this is a great time to do it.
4. Automations + bulk actions: the year ecosystem operations leveled up
Behind the scenes, we added a ton of new capabilities to help partner teams operate faster and cleaner:
- Bulk-edit listings instead of one-by-one
- Better filters and analytics behind the scenes
- Automated emails for application decisions
- More triggers and actions on Pipelines
- Webhooks enhancements for better automation
With Partner Fleet, you partner ecosystem can now behave more like a real operations engine — not a pile of disconnected tasks.
5. Partner Program Directory: the marketplace of ecosystems

The partner world needed a single place to compare tech partner programs, discover new opportunities, and evaluate ecosystem maturity.
So we built it.
The Partner Program Directory includes:
- 200+ partner programs and growing
- Claimable, self-managed profiles
- High-intent discovery traffic via search engines & LLMs
- An additional place to promote your ecosystem (that's not your website)
Whether you’re growing a tech partner program or evaluating one, this directory makes it dramatically easier. Go claim your listing! Not there? You can create it.
6. Referral program: a new way to earn up to $2,500 per introduction

We're offering referrals in 2025: a simple way for partner pros, agencies, and consultants to earn up to $2,500 by introducing Partner Fleet to companies that need ecosystem infrastructure.

General launches you may have missed
We shipped a long list of smaller improvements this year — and while they’re not as flashy as AI or a out-of-the-box developer portal, they quietly make your experience faster, more accurate, and easier to manage.
Several of these updates came directly from customer requests, especially around workflow, search, and reporting.
Here are the highlights:
Better search and discoverability
Elastic search now powers the entire platform, making listings easier to find, categories more relevant, and long-tail integrations more visible.
Cleaner, more flexible operations
New status filters, bulk actions, and automated rejection emails help partner teams keep marketplaces organized without manual cleanup. You can update dozens of listings at once, review applications faster, and maintain a clean ecosystem at scale.
Improved visibility for growth teams
UTM tracking for marketplace CTAs gives marketing and revops an actual signal on where marketplace engagement is coming from — finally connecting ecosystem activity to acquisition and revenue.
Skeleton loading for partner listings
A smoother, more polished marketplace experience with instant visual feedback while listings load. This makes large or media-heavy marketplaces feel faster and more responsive for customers.
Webhook enhancements
We added webhook logs, a test webhook button, and richer response visibility so developers can quickly diagnose issues, verify event delivery, and build more reliably against your ecosystem.
A 2-way integration with Salesforce
Better syncing in both directions, fewer mapping issues, and cleaner handoff between partner activity and your CRM.
More ways to explore Partner Fleet
We launched an in-app marketplace demo and the Partner Fleet Playground so teams can truly understand our product before building anything.
Altogether, these improvements make Partner Fleet easier to adopt, easier to maintain, and easier to align across product, marketing, sales, and partnerships.
Not launched this year, but absolutely worth using
Some of our most impactful capabilities weren’t new in 2025 — but they became more valuable this year because they connect directly to AI, automation, and the new developer experience.
If you’re planning your ecosystem strategy for 2026, these features belong at the center of it:
Ecosystem analytics (now with referral source)
You can finally see not just who engages with your marketplace, but where they came from. This helps teams validate ecosystem-sourced demand and understand what partners or channels generate the highest intent.
Co-sell signals
Co-sell signals (using Crossbeam data) give you real-time, actionable signals between you and your partners — powering warm intros, faster deal cycles, and more coordinated go-to-market motions.
Unlimited user invites
Your marketplace has never been gated by seats. Product, CS, sales, partner ops, marketing, and external partners can all collaborate in one place without friction.
Partner applications and submission workflows
Even before this year’s pipelines launch, our partner application flow has helped companies standardize approvals, capture partner data, and move new partners through a predictable path.
These capabilities continue to underpin everything we released this year — and they’re foundational to what we’re building next.
Looking ahead: the ecosystem infrastructure era
If 2025 was the year we went AI-first, 2026 is the year ecosystems become even more central to product and revenue strategy.
We’re doubling down on the infrastructure that helps you:
- build integrations faster
- drive adoption inside your product
- automate partner operations
- empower third-party developers
- and scale a thriving, efficient partner ecosystem
